The OX400 oxygen concentration analyzer is a new model developed by Yokogawa Electric based on its long-term accumulated experience and excellent performance.
The zirconia sensor uses a novel proprietary thin-film deposition technique that creates a molecular link between the zirconia element and the platinum layer. This not only prevents peeling, but also reduces sensor size, ensuring fast response and long life.
The OX400 can be used for control and monitoring of various semiconductor applications, environmental control, inert gas leak detection, and other processes.
Used in semiconductor diffusion furnace and drying furnace, and oxygen concentration control in LCD manufacturing process.
For oxygen concentration control in soldering oven airflow and reflow ovens, as well as in glove boxes and gas production processes used in electronics manufacturing.
Measure oxygen concentration to prevent dust explosion during powder transportation.
